WHAT IS THE STORE’S CANCELLATION POLICY?

To cancel your order, contact us immediately through our contact page via chat or by email. We respond to all emails within 24 hours. Once your order request has been processed by our store (usually within 12 to 16 hours), your order can no longer be canceled.

ORDER TRACKING

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, contact us by emailing factorybohemian@gmail.com or using the contact form — we’ll respond within 24 hours. Please note that your tracking number may take 3 to 5 business days to appear in the system, so don’t worry if the status says “not found” or “unavailable”; it will be updated.

WHY HAVE I RECEIVED SOME ITEMS BUT NOT MY FULL ORDER?

We ship our pieces from different warehouses around the world and always do our best to ship your items from the location closest to you. However, this can mean that some items may arrive on different dates, as they are shipped from separate locations based on stock availability. We’re constantly working to restock our warehouses with as many pieces as possible, but with over 1,800 items and 3 warehouses, this isn’t always possible. Rest assured, you will receive your complete order.

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT WORKING?

Tracking numbers often only work for domestic orders, as international postal systems don’t always update tracking info within our system. International shipping typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, so please allow time for your package to travel. If your order is domestic and the tracking number still doesn’t work, let us know so we can make sure your items have been shipped correctly.
