SHIPPING TIMES

Most orders have a processing time of 1 to 3 business days. However, during peak seasons, shipping may take up to 8 business days to leave the store. When ordering multiple products, due to stock availability, items may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times.

DELIVERY TIME

Once shipped from our store, delivery takes approximately 4 to 9 business days.*

These are estimated delivery times.
Occasionally, there may be delays due to the carrier or international customs clearance.

ORDER PROCESSING

We ship every day from Monday to Saturday, 52 weeks a year, except Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed before 10:00 PM or 4:00 AM (Sunday to Friday) will begin processing the following day.
Occasionally, orders may not ship the next day due to stock issues, missing order details, or billing delays.
Orders placed on Saturdays will be shipped the following Monday or next business day.
